DJ Gus

Tangos en Vinilos Toda la Noche. 100% Discos de Tango!!! Da un invito presso il "Lamadrid Club" di Buenos Aires nel marzo 1998, ha iniziato la sua prima esperienza di DJ in Milonga. Le sue prime esperienze furono presso El Club Glorias Argentinas al Mataderos,al Club Social 9 de Julio,etc. Nel 2002 ha ricevuto il primo invito all'estero, in Belgio, dove Dj Gus inaugura le sue performance come dj di Tango. Nel 2004 ha passato musica nelle milonghe a New York (USA). Lafayette Grill, La Boca, Boston Tango Week, ecc. Nel 2007 ha iniziato l'esperienza con i dischi in vinile. Nel 2008 Omar Viola scopre questa novità e lo invita a "musicalizzare" diversi week end al Canning ( Parakultural) mitica Milonga di Buenos Aires. Da qui il passo verso le principali milonghe di Buenos Aires è breve. DJ Gus è ormai "di casa" presso Parakultural, Konex, Glow Club (Milonga 10), Practica X, e così via. Nel 2010 è stato invitato a musicalizzare con i suoi dischi in vinile presso i principali Festival di Tango nel mondo: Festival de Tango de Sitges (Spagna), Festival de Tango di Belgrado (Serbia) tra gli altri e, per la prima volta, al Catania Tango festival 2011!.

On his third CataniaTangoFestival as musicalizador, Micmac (Michele Maccarrone) is tangodj resident on Saturday to Catania-CUS Milonga in the winter and the Plaza of the Lido azzurro during the summer. Expert in many other musical genres, likes to present his cortinas using themes always different.

Pietro Cosimano

Tango DJ for about 10 years. Catania- EMPIRE Musicalizador resident since 2007. Masters and Professional references: Damian Boggio, Gustavo Rosas and Angelo Grasso. Starting with a thorough knowledge of classical orchestras and singers of the golden era of Tango Argentino his selections derived from the 'energy' that drives the dance floor in that partucular evening. This will bring to the choice of the most varied musical cross (electronic tango , cortinas dance, theme selections)

Salvo D'Urso

His long experience as DJ led Salvo to wander through many different musical genres until landing at the Argentine Tango.
He like see the feelings of fun and passion creating by the selections he chooses in the night

Approda al tango 5 anni fa attirato dalle magiche note dei tanghi classici, da quel momento in poi è stato una ricerca continua di Orchestre e Cantori prediligendo l’epoca d’oro. Parlando di rinnovamento nel tango, apprezza le orchestre e band moderne che nascono comunque da coloro che sanno cosa è il tango.

Is very passionate about the tango socio-cultural aspects. He loves to study the tango history through the characters who have historically lived and still live it firsthand. He loves to collect music, texts and videos that searches around the Buenos Aires markets. With VideoMilonga wants to convey the thrill of dancing on the images of the most famous typical orchestras of the Tango history .

Stefania "Tormenta" Panucci

Si avvicina al tango 4 anni fa studiando con Carlo Paolantoni , e Paolo Anselmi e Francesca Del Buono. Inizia a studiare il tango , le sue origini e le sue orchestra nel 2009, avvalendosi dell’esperienza e degli studi di prestigiosi Tj come SuperSabino, Marcelo Rojas, Damian Boggio. Musicalizza in occasione della milonga Epoca de oro ideata e curata da lei a Roma , a Napoli e a Catania. Musicalizza stabilmente il sabato sera a la Milonga romana La Mirada in Via della Divina Provvidenza. Organizza stabilmente la milonga del martedì a Tangofficina. Ha musicalizzato a Roma presso : il Barrio Arte, l’Elettrotangobar, Tangofficina, La Mirada, Alicetango, Milonga 931, Radisson Hotel , la Milonga dei Reti di Luciano Donda. E da settembre anche alla milonga di Alice presso il palazzo Santa Chiara. Ha musicalizzato in occasione del Festival di Todi e del Tango Camp Cafè.

Damian Boggio

DJ in Buenos Aires, is certainly the best known and appreciated musicalizador in Argentina and abroad. He began his career working as a DJ in the most famous milongas in Bs As: Parakultural - Salon Canning, The National, Las Morochas - El Beso, Porteño y bailarin, also participating as musicalizador to CITA, the World Tango Festival. His music selections have touched all over the world, from Europe to Japan.
