Seminar Joe & Lucila
The Body and Intention
Exploration of Energy, Space, and Musical Dynamics.
Seminar objective:
To provide dancers with the autonomy needed to decide how to manage their own energy, enabling them to create their own dynamics and find a personal voice in musical interpretation.
This seminar is designed for dancers who wish to go beyond step structure and deepen the quality of movement.
The goal is to give students physical tools so that the body becomes a faithful reflection of what is happening in the music.

- Weight Dynamics: using grounding to generate speed and precision without losing stability.
- Accents: managing explosive energy to clearly mark the beat.
