Creando tangos: musical interpretation and creativity
After decades of teaching and performing around the globe in the most important tango festivals Pablo and Sofia became an international point of reference in the tango scene. Their professional path made of back and forth trips between Argentina and the rest of the world as well as their expert point of view about the dance are widely appreciated in the tango communities. Refined pedagogues, performers, choreographs, actors, etc Pablo and Sofia are two accomplished artists who partnered in 2013 creating one of the most renowned couples that Argentin tango presently has.

VISION "In improvisation we trust" What we like about tango is the possibility of building the dance as a construction of little moments, even if we use patterns while dancing we challenge the couple to decide step by step what's next. We believe in the real improvisation.
CLASSES In the classes the students will work to awaken the body awareness and connection to develop the physical dialogue within the couple. We consider those ingredients as the foundations to a good dance experience. Our technique work has not only a aesthetic purpose in itself but is rather a means to find the comfort of the dancers into a relaxed and sensitive embrace. To stimulate the improvisation while working on elements we focus on short and useful situations rather than long sequences.
GOAL We would like to provide students with useful information so that they can develop their personal dancing to encourage diversity, as this is one of the things we like the most about tango.
